Order Cancellation

Return Policy

  • The product must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You will also need the order receipt or proof of purchase.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Special festive products or fragile items.

Refunds

  • Once we get your returned product, we will check it and send you an email update.
  • If approved, we will start your refund process.
  • Refunds usually take 7–10 business days to process, but the exact time it shows in your bank or card account may also depend on your financial institution’s processing time.
  • Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable. Also, you will need to pay for return shipping. However, if you receive a wrong item, you do not need to pay the return shipping charges.
